  • Shopping at Leka is easy:
    Use the DRESSES, TOPS, JACKETS&COATS, ACCESSORIES and TROUSERS&SKIRTS links.
    Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the 'ADD TO SHOPPING BAG' button on the product page.
    Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING BAG' link at the top of the page.
    Click on 'PROCEED TO PURCHASE' to complete your order.

    To place a pre-order please go to Customer Care page. Follow the instructions on the left side of the screen.

  • Is my personal information kept private?
    Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential, and at no point will we share it with a third party. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy in full.
  • I've forgotten my password - What should I do?
    Please send us an enquiry to reset your password at info@lekanyc.com.
    IMPORTANT: it must be send from the email address used for signing up with us!
  • What payment methods does Leka accept and is it safe to use my credit card online?
    At the moment we accept Paypal payments only.

    NOTE: PayPal supports a large number of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club and EnRoute. Depending on your processor, Payflow Pro also supports level 2 and level 3 Purchasing Cards (P-Cards). Check cards or debit cards with either a Visa or MasterCard logo are supported and treated just like a credit card.
  • Which countries does Leka ship to?
    Leka ships to 170 countries worldwide.
  • How long does delivery take, and how much will it cost?

  • Is my package insured and do I need to sign for my order?
    All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Leka to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered.

    To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require proof of delivery for all orders and are unable to authorise for packages to be delivered without a signature.
  • Does Leka ship to multiple addresses?
    We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.
  • Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?
    Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details.

    However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order has been dispatched you will be notified by email.

    For items in stock in US – you will receive an email containing the number to track your package.

    For items out of stock in US/ pre-order items – you will not get any tracking numbers though we will keep you updated about your order until your parcel is delivered.
  • How do I return or exchange an item?
    Leka wants you to love your purchase! But if you are not delighted with your selection, return the item within 14 days of receipt, and we will gladly refund your original form of payment. You can either receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color or item. Simply follow the guidelines from “Returns&Exchanges” page on the left.
